Spanish firm Seat have been hard at work on developing new in car technology with the famous Samsung company. This new technology has been outlined by the brand and we now know that it will be used for the first time in the firms new Ibiza model which will go on sale from this Summer. The news was confirmed and we now have a clearer view of some of the new technology to be made available in the brands future range. It was confirmed that a new trim level called 'Connect' will offer the new features which will mostly operate on Android technology. The new technology will make use of the ability to pre heat or cool down your car before you even get inside of it. Other areas focused on include text speech for social media websites to allow the phone to type your information for you. Other technology also saves locations and journey routes for your sat nav system and it can also allow you to send a message straight away to anyone in your phone book and could even let them know if you're running late by displaying your current location if you allow it to. As noted earlier, the Ibiza will be the first in the firms range to make use of the new technology when it goes on sale from this coming Summer time.
Google have spent many years developing their self driving vehicle and now their time has finally come for the company to take their vehicle to the next step by allowing it to go out on the road. The news has been confirmed that the cars will take to the streets of California this year testing to see how efficiently and how safely they will operate out amongst the public. Safety will be a strong suit for the self driving car as top speeds of 25 miles per hour have been revealed to be the up most limit for the new Google car . This is indeed the next step to success for self driving vehicles and could be the move that is needed for self driving cars to be officially given the green light for the road.
For both the Boxster and Carrera 911 models, the Porsche brand have announced Black edition versions of the car which will both come with new Black paint work and new accessories will also come along with both vehicles. The news was broken a little under one hour ago with the news being that the cars have gone on sale today in Germany. The Boxster model will be treated to dual zone air conditioning and twenty inch wheels and heated seating will also come along with the brand new model. The same 2.7 litre engine will also power the car.
Focusing on the Carrera model and we see LED headlight technology, a BOSE sound system, parking assistance and a reversing camera make up for some of the best new technology to be offered with this special edition vehicle.
